Default b16 pistons in a ls-vtec

do b16 pistons fit into an ls block without any mods? is anyone running this combo? if so how high do you rev the motor to?

Yes they do fit without any mods...You would raise your compression ratio not the ability to rev higher. To rev higher you would have to get better valvetrain.
