Default Front window trim on '91 EX

All, my brother in law is having troubles with his front window not rolling up into the weather stripping properly. The piece I'm talking about is the one where the glass actually rolls up into a groove. It appears to be loose from wear because it has some slack in it now that is causing the window to bind up and not roll up straight.

Is the piece I'm looking for #15 in the above picture? I could probably get a picture if necessary.

Thanks

Is this car a 2door? The real problem might be too much slack in the regulator.

It's a 4 door.

I've seen the issue, here is what's happening as far as I can tell:

The problem appears to be that when you try to roll up the window, the weatherstripping stretches/moves a little bit upwards and bunches up in the corner of the window behind the side mirror. This causes the window to angle a little towards the front of the car and come out of the "slot" at the top corner of the door by the B-pillar.

I'm sure there is probably slack in the regulator too, but that doesn't appear to be the problem. When I sprayed some lubricant in the weatherstripping, everything worked fine for about 4 days. That's why I've decided to buy the piece new, but for some reason I can't seem to decipher the above drawing to know if that's the right part.

Yeah, the weatherstripping is #15, the channel door run in that picture.

Here is a site showing the same thing, but aftermarket part:

I never ordered from there though.

Edit: More specific to your car:

Some techs say to use that "Shin-zu" grease (probably spelled the word wrong) on the run channel after cleaning it with a Q-tip. The dealer is said to have the grease. Don't know if any other places do, or not. Mine used to grab the window so tight it would cause a wrinkle in the window tint down by the mirror. I would try the grease first, before changing the run channel though. Good luck
