Denso Iridium Spark Plugs
There are so many archived posts on plugs. Do a search.
Most plug manufacturers have websites where you can cross reference the "other guys" plugs. Denso's are pricey and unless you are running some high powered stuff you will probably reap benefits.
Any fresh plug (in the right heat range) will usually provide some noticable performance improvement till it gets a few miles on it.
Try AC delco's for $1.50 each. When they are fresh they are as good as a $6 plug.

Yeah and if you check the boards on http://www.v6accord.com the Denso's make about 8hp to the wheels alone on the dyno. They are expensive but they work way better than the stock NGK Platinums do in the V6 Accord.
After reviewing the Bosch and Denso dyno charts, I am convinced that a good clean, new, properly gapped and correct heat range set of plugs will get you a few more horses to the wheels. It does not matter whose plugs they are but the overall condition of your motor and set up will matter.
A spark plug is designed to spark when a voltage is supplied to it. Pretty simple device.

well, i have an 98' accord 4 cycl. So far i have i/h/e and pulley kit and cam gear. That's why i ask if i should use the IK16 or the IK20. I think i would be spraying soon though. Also, i heard Bosch is only good for Euro cars.
If you are gonna go w/ Iridium plugs, check the NGK IridiumIX plugs. I've found them much cheaper than the denso ones, got mine for $6.50 a piece plus shipping and tax. http://www.sparkplugs.com
I noticed 2-3mpg gains w/ brand new iridium plugs and ngk wires, but i'm sure most of the gains is just due to the fact that my old plugs and wires were really corroded. I'd like to see some real world dynos comparing brand new copper, platinium, bosch platinum 4+, and iridium plugs... not just one run, but several runs of each, to get a consistant dyno.
I've seen some dyno comparisons that compare their old copper plugs to new iridiums... which would almost guarentee that the newer plugs should perform better. Such a waste of dyno time for those comparisons.
