Default Already have m45 on my B18b...what needs to be done for a M62?

Hey...I have read that people have made the JRSC kits for a b16/typeR work on their b18b/b20 engines. But...since I have a JRSC kit on already I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I just swap my manifold w m45, and bolt up the b16/typeR manifold (drilled of course) w/m62 and use the pulleys from my m45 kit? Are there any alignment issues?
2. Can I just use an m62...drill holes in my manifold for it..and put it on with minimal issues?
3.What kind of TB placement issues am I looking to be dealing with.
Thanks in advance but I just can't seem to find the info that I need.
