EDIT*** Im actually involved my lawyer in this today .. but i need his info could anyone please send me his Name, address, city , state , and zip code and i'd greatly appreciate it becuase it will take 1 week before paypal can give me his info .. im not getting into a court case yet .. but my lawyer is sending him a letter to give merchandise owed or bring up a lawyer himself. My close lawyer (basically best friend) said we will send him a formal letter first.... If not then i guess i will be the one getting him back for everything he has cuased everyone.. im glad about this *** 4/13/06**

I did not know he had scammed lots of other people till i had read a post today and knew i had gotten scammed too after reading these posts. I bought a Greddy Type S BOV off him 125 and ever since then he's only responded to me once saying sorry he couldnt get to the UPS. After that he's been ignoring all my AIM messages and caught him off gaurd today on AIM i messaged him and he type a letter to me on accident .. after that he pretended to be away. He leaves all my PM's unanswered when i know he posts **** on HT, He also doesnt return my Emails non of them . I dont want to go to paypal yet ..

ALL I WANT IS MY STUFF OR MY MONEY MAN No need to be a kid about this if you dont have the BOV then just send me my money back

good question...I know who modded the old classifieds forum, but now I'm not so sure.

Why not contact George Knighton, and ask him who would be the right person to speak with.

The guy should just be banned before he screws someone else.

 

The situation with blackstar has been resolved, and he recieved his package.

And the Situation with skoundrelUSA, was that it was an automatic ECU, and that was the problem.

The situation with you, was you payed me on 4/7/06. Which I know, Is a week as of today. But I transfered the money to my bank account As soon as I recieved it, But It DID NOT clear intill tuesday 4/11. As I spoke to you Last on 4/12. I did not ship it out, because the place that I ship with closes at 6:00 PM. And I had court that day, to resolve a ticket. The Package was shipped out today, And will Still Make it there, by tomorrow. I sent you a PM Boostedgreddy, so Sorry about the problems.

Well the last time you talked to me was 4/7 and you did PM me on 4/11 just to ask me if i wanted to buy a tial off you which i had said if you cant send me my BOV why would i buy a Tial? and i have not recieved any PM's reagarding my BOV since 4/7 BUT ill wait a couple daysfor package to get here to see if this is true Whats the tracking NUmber &gt;?

 

Well I never got the "new chip" as promised. The one's from my P28 didn't work. I pretty much gave up trying because you're a ********.

I told you to get back to me once you checked the chips to see if they worked. I also told you that the ecu was from an automatic, and that was the reason why It was Idle'ing weird. I offered to paypal you the expenses needed to ship the ecu back to me, and I would convert it to 5-speed free of charge, and then ship it back to you, after that happened, I never heard from you after that, But I guess I shouldn't have since I'm such the "********".

And the tracking number was finally generated.

well as for now the tracking number went in and should be here tuesday .. Over all i still say that this was really bad customer service .. and even though you say u had problems in your life.. thats no excuse to not give someone what they paid for ON TIME .. none the less i hope its whats i paid for comin in ... and glad i didnt get scammed but still might be jipped i have to wait and see

That way the shipping for both times is covered, and if you decide to "go on vacation" or w/e I won't be completely fucked. Why not just send me the new chip so I can stop whining about you? I would send you a chip, But your idle will still be messed up, because its an auto. If your p28 chip wouldn't work, why would the p75?
