I just installed a B16a2 into my 93 integra ls.... And the guy that i bought the motor from told me that motor smoked becasue the rings were toast after turbo... I took his word for it and didnt think that it would be bad.... The motor has 114,945 Miles on it. I was wanting to know if it change the pistons rings could i resuse the bearings if there not bad?

well the rings dont affect the bearings so you could always re-use the bearings but since you will have the motor apart, u will save time, money, and headaches later if you just rebuilt it altogether. at 115,000 miles that saw boost will definately need another rebuild if you are gunna boost again. if the rings were toasted, you might need to bore and hone the sleeves for the rings to seat better. just get new rings and bearings and even new valve seals. depending on the engine's use, maybe use some ARP headstuds
