how hard is it to swap a b16a1 in a 89 civic si?
'IMPORT CUSTOMS'? Please don't tell me that's a shop you work at and you're asking this question.
See the nice shiney red Search button in the upper right corner? It's your friend...

It's not too hard but its not simple.

We are helping you, we have shown you what you need to get the info you desire.
If you want it to be spoon fed, then you don't care enough to swap and shouldn't even try.
If you run into any problems we are more then happy to help.

very hard swap...... thats why there are about 32 billion people on honda-tech that have done this swap.
yeah, you should search like everyone screamed at you to do... but if you dont think youre up to the task, please dont screw up a stock honda for the next owner that might be able to do something with it.

keep your stuff organized. Get a magnetic parts tray and a box of zip-lock baggies from the food mart. Those two things were the biggest help for my swap.
There's printouts for everything electronically related, and everything is in the SEARCH function.
If it's not too hard, they should make it kinda glow, like a pulsating red.
