Default What suspension set up should i use?

I have a 96 ek civic hatch with some egay coilovers i'm getting ready to buy some stuff not to sure on wut to use. I've thought about some nuespeed lowering springs with some koni yellows. I'm wondering if it's worth the difference in price as from the kyb agx's as to the koni yellows. This is going to be on my daily driver and i didnt want something that was going to bounce me to death. I was reading the shock dyno post and just became more confused than i was to start with. I wouldnt mind coilovers just figured springs would be easier just put on and ur done. I'm not too good with the spring rates as to what would be a smooth ride as to stiff ride. I'm just looking for a set up that handles great and rides well enough i'm not gonna get motion sickness dodging places in the road. I drive 30 mins up a windy mountain to work every day so i want to be albe to eat a turn up if i'm in the mood thanks for the help

I would look into something like the H&R cup kit which is a matched set of H&R springs and koni yellows. That should work just right for u....
