Default 95 GSR in a del sol

Hey guys whats up ? well i have a 1993 honda del sol with a 1995 GSR motor, well i have AEM True Cam Gears, and i was woundering has any one gone to a dyno and got the cam gears tuned ? cause i dont wanna spend the money and i was wanting to adjust them. but woundering if any one has. and today i was at the track pulling 15.00 flats, its a gsr motor with H,I,E cam gears, V-tec Controller, it seems kinda slow to me, o and a ITR intake manifold was kinda dissapointed in the numbers, any one can point me to the right path i wold really like that.

you can always try to get a dyno tune off of your vtec controller n' cam gears and get a little more power... possibly to improve your 1/4 mile times, work on your 60's n' reaction too

okay i have a 93 with a 96 gsr(jdm) theres a slight difference from usdm. when i ran at the track i had i/h/e stock 14' del sol rims with crappy cheapo no name all weather tires and still pulled off a 14.6. it may be driver i dont know, but if i had some dr's i think i would have got 14.5 or lower so its deff. possible. oh yeah and i was running on a cracked manifold

just take it to a shop that dyno tunes. they'll know what to do they'll get you the most of the mods you have now using the vtec controller. well that depends i think you need to have some fuel add ons like and fpr, fuel rail etc. i would say just get an fpr(fuel pressure regulator) because with the vafc can be used to adjust the air and fuel.

all in all just take it to a shop and they'll know

no i didnt say you couldnt drive. i meant maybe im a good driver at the track. i dont know really, but you have more than what i had (cam gears, vtec controller and type r manifold) and i ran a 14.6. so i dont know dude i had a 2.3 60 foot. cheapo tires = alot of feathering of the gas. i predict after tuning 14.5 or even faster

gsr integra's do not hit 15.00 flat.

my friend's gsr del sol hit 14.9 with 2.6 60ft'ers meaning he should be in the mid-low 14s with a good 60.

maybe it really is your driving... your motor isnt that modded to the point that you need dyno tuning

has anyone else noticed this kid also doesnt know what hes talking about....u dont have a ITR intake manifold because it wont bolt up to a gsr head, so unless u have a gsr block with a pr3(b16) head than u have a stock or some aftermarket intake mani(poss aebs or skunk2...they r cast and in the satin finisht hey look stock)

but idk what tot ell ya get ur 60 ft down and ull notice a HUGE improvement
