Default 5 speed F20 -> Auto DX-----what do I need?

Wats up guys. I might be getting a F20 (Accord R motor) soon for a very good price. I have a automatic DX, can you guys let me know what I need to do this conversion?

The F20 will be ran off a H22, B16, or B18 ecu. All three ECUs has been tuned for the F20. What would be the best to use?

I have a Automatic DX with a F23 nonvtec. I no I need the Clutch, slave cylinders, return lines, passenger CV joint, is there anything else I need to make this run?

I live in California and I know the F20 motor is a LEV motor, it will pass emissions finely, but visuals I might have a problem with. Do you guys have any idea on the procedures the smog stations take? Also do they check the check engine lights?
