Can a B18c1 hatch go 12s
I was thinking of buying a 96 and up hatch. I then wanted to swap a b18c1 into it. I was wondering if it would be possible to make the car go into the 12s. If possible please tell me how. Necessary engine build-up upgrades, turbo setup, etc. I really need dome answeres to my questions thanks guys!
**** a b18c1 in a hatch can run 10's if you have the money
and its not that simple to just tell you. you have to choose wich way you want to go. the easiest way would be a turbo kit. ill leave you with the rest

I'm not a expert, but from what I've read over the last couple of years. You can run a b18c in a hatch with a dragIII running about 8 to 10 psi and be in the 12's. It'll be hard because of lack of traction but a small set of slicks would for sure put you in the 12's. No motor work or anything. I would upgrade the fuel system and ignition and open up the exhaust and you should be good to go. Good luck
b18c1 in a hatch is EASY to throw in 12s....like what KaMiN said.....10's or 11's are highly possible if u have the $$$....just depends. but 12's is a definant, and very reliable 12's all day long if u build it right.
Just picked up the latest issue of SCC, they've got a sick-*** '96 red hatch in there running an ls/vtec built for boost and a T3/T4. Not sure on the PSI, but it looks like it's a relatively full interior (up front at least)
1/4 mile time:
12.2 on STREET TIRES
Not sure if he was running the same 18 inch volks as in the photo shoot when he clipped off that 1/4 mile.
Deep in to the 12's on street tires? Now that's a beautiful thing.
