okay im going to help you out...

1. use commas.. serious
2.idle could be lots of things:
vac hose leak
bad gasket maybe youdidnt remove all of the old one or didnt change it
fitv needs to be cleaned but you have a 2000 jdm si so i dont think you have one of those
your iacv needs to be cleaned (always a prime suspect)
4. i would check the header i mean 41 dc header? thats alot of piping
5.your not supposed to put water in your motor (radiator)
coolant is your friend

haha i like this noob

Ok its not an actual jdm si but hopefully in a few months it will be pretty close check out my ride at hondashowoff.com i just posted it its a blue 2000 si with the advan rg1 wheels. any ways... thanks for the replys

i did change the gaskets i got the hondata im gasket... and for the tb i used the one it came with.. i do have an extra hose around for the manifold but for some reason i dont think its there no where to connect it and i cant find a t hose connecter that fits it. i took it to a shop ctr dynosports in mod. nor cal and all they did was make sure it idels and wont turn off on me.
b4 it wouldnt idle id try turning it on and poof it wouldnt hold the idle. id move the throttle cable and it would idel to high or to low and then would just die. i was online and found some one else w the same problem but no one gave him a solution that worked. any help would b f awsome!!!!

The iavc (Idle Air Control Valve) regulates idle speed, raising and lowering it as needed. It does this by opening and closing a "trim" valve to allow more or less airflow into the intake manifold when the throttle is closed.

With your skunk2 intake manifold, the iavc should be located right on the back of your im.

this is what your looking for to be more straight foward.

take that off and there shoud be 2 holes one with a screen and one without. take some carb cleaner and spray in both for about 20 secs each or until youthink its clean. wait for about 1 hour and a half then put it back on the same way you took it off. done gl

Well i can't really help you solve ur probs but i know there is no such thing as a "JDM 2000 Civic Si". Also why are you putting water in your car and not coolant? Water evaportates quicker.
