Default Engine moving...what now?

I have a DA and whenever i shift the motor jumps back it feels like.

THis is the thing. It did this about 1 month ago so i got brand new Innovative 75a solid mounts. at 5 psi it was fine, didnt move at all. I jumped it up to 10 psi and now it jumps whenever i let off the gas w/o the clutch, i mean it jumps badly, out of boost it is worse at low rpms. Could the bolts have come loose? is it my clutch slipping? Those are the only 2 things i can thing of

It does sound like you may have a bad mount. Check all of them again, and check that they aren't lose...You may also want to add some engine dampers, if you are going threw engine mounts like that...
