Pan is just held on by a bunch of 10mm nuts/bolts
Remove them, put on a different pan with a new gasket, put nuts/bolts back on w/ proper tq.
Done.

u dont 'have to remove the header unless it's really tight against the eingine, most of the time u can slide it above and just pop it on

EDIT:
eh, srike that

too many variables, if the header's a 2 piece, you can detatch the 2 bolts on the 2nd piece to it hangs more, that'll give you clearance if u don't have it, if it can hange, u can detach the hangers at the end of the header, it really depends on what ur looking at, but it's not hard at all, just like he said, a bunch fo 10mm bolts, make sure it's a new gasket, make sure they're the right torque

you do not have to take the crank pully off....

I know i have next to no exp working on hondas, but I even doubt here you'd have to take the crank pully off, completely illogical
