cleaning rust off header

so i have a megan 4-1. theres some rust on the runners which i would like to remove. whats a good way to remove this?

Well if it hasn't rusted through I'd just take a wire brush to it and polish it to seal it. You could skip the polish if it isn't polished to begin with.

no it wasnt polished. not sure what kind of coating was on it.

if it's not polished, it's probably just powder coated
