Your fuel injected car does not have a carburetor. Where did you put the seafoam? I suggest a compression test.

the EFI written in your manual, fuel injectors, fuel rails, and the absence of a carberator should have given away the fact that you dnt have one

Perhaps some debris broke free in the fuel system, managed to pass the fuel filter, and clogged injectors 1 and 3. Try the compression test. It is cheap and easy. Also, have you looked at you spark plugs? Are 1 and 3 different?

will i check the plug and clean them. all of them were white except the 4th. the 4th was brown. the 3rd one had a little oil on it. all the plug wires are in the right places. the distributor rotor was burn at the tip and i replace it. still misfiring cylinder 1 & 3. before those check up all 4 cylinder was misfiring.

update: just when i change the plugs and reset the ecu. the ECL is off but when the motor is reving to 3k it back fires a lot. can the wires or plugs still be a issue? and i dont know if this causes my motor to misfire but a week ago my heat shield for my cat convertor broke off on the bottom.

I'd say it is a compression issue. Perform a compression check. If it is bad, adjust your valves and redo the compression test.
