It's a glasspack, biggest variable is how hard do you drive? I imagine that the force of the exhaust gases might play an effect of how long the glasspack lasts.

It means that the inside is stuffed with fiber glass shreds to lower the sound. Over time, this can blow out the exhaust as you drive.

Why does it sound like your contradicting yourself? If you know it can't be too good of quality, why did you get it instead of saving a little more money and getting a good resonator.

And it's when this fiberglass shreds and blows out your exhaust, that it starts to sound like crap. It sounds good at first, but in time due time you'll be needing to replace it with a real resonator.

 

well the reason i put the cherrybomb instead of a ''resonator'' the guy prety much made me sayin its the exact same thing and will '' last ''

It'll probably last a long time man glass pack exhaust are used more often on v8s and they last a few years you'll be fine just tell everyone it's a 700 dollar mugan fullrace resonator and half of Honda tech talk about as if you were a god
