I installed a mugen intake on my ITR with AC. And it was no problem.
It took a long time to get in place, but the AC wasn't the bigest problem!
It's just very narrow, so you have to push and turn it around to get it in place.
Just bend the ac-lines a bit to each side and put strips on them to hold them
You also have to loosen the radiator and other things. Once I found out I should loosen the radiator, it was much easier!
Good luck!

If that is too hard to read on that instructions link, the smaller tape is supposed to go on the venturi piece that slides into the larger piece. The metalic tape is to then go around that seam to cut off any air leak. That big black plate with the bend in it... I didn't get that with mine. I got this bracket that slips around where the two pieces meet, it tightens down then the other side of it bolts into a factory 10mm hole on the radiator support.

It comes pre-oiled, but YES. Theres also a cleaning/oil kit for it.

as the other writes states...spreading the AC lines out of the way was no big deal...the hardest part was stuffing that BIH down
