Default Cooling fans Not coming on

I have a 99 civic dx and yesterday my cooling fans stopped working. Any ideas for what I should check, I was thinking thermostat. I checked the fuses already they are fine. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Does the fan work when you give it 12 volts from the battery? If yes, Replace the temperature switch first, then the coolant temperature sensor. also check the relay. If no, replace fan motor.

Like he said above, give the fan motor a direct 12v source and make sure the motor is good. If it is then it is most likely the fan switch (2 wire plug) on the t-stat housing that is bad.

Exactly, thats the one on the thermostat housing, i couldnt remember if it was the one under the dizzy that turned on the fans or the one on the thermostat housing. Hes right change that sensor out, thats what i did to fix mine.
