i finally got the pedals swapped and steering column back on but now whenever i start the car the accelerator cable is too tight and it gives it too much throttle, like i am pressing the pedal down but i really am not, plz help how do i fix this?

might have to adjust your thottle cable?

 

Make sure theres no snags down near your pedal. Make sure the insert that clicks into the firewall is stable, and adjust the cable
