if you rebuild it you can take it to a salvage inspection, they can inspect it, marry the vin #'s (all the Vin #'s have to be matching and they marry them all to the main vin#, you have to have ALL the receipts for all the parts, like you get a new door, if it has a vin # on it, you have to have a receipt for it) -- Once the salvage inspection matches all the vin #'s (there's probably at least 20 throughout the car, the salvage inspection place has a list of where they all are), then they can issue a salvage title, which decreases the value of the car, but once you get that, you can register the car..
You have to make the appointments for salvage inspections like a month in advance, then usually another 2-4 weeks for the paperwork to come back on it (title)....
Also, I'm pretty sure only a bodyshop can take a car up for salvage inspection, so you'll have to sell it to a bodyshop, so they can take it and get the inspection done, then when the title comes back, it'll comeback in their name, then they'll have to sign the title back over to you...
It'll always be considered a salvage title though, which lowers the value, but if you put the car together right, shouldn't matter at all...

like I said, if it has absolutely no title, you should be able to "lend" the title (sell it) to a company (make sure it's one u trust...or they can take it and it's completely legal), have them take it up for inspection (they'll probably charge you teh flatbedding or towing fee), bring it back, then when the salvage title comes back in, they can "sell it" back to you, you just g2 make sure you have matching receipts for all the parts you put onto it so they can marry the vin #'s

I would buy it for $200. You are clearly brainwashed by JDM stuff.
