Suspect Autozone brand fuel injector cleaner of triggering my "check engine" light...
Heya folks-
I'll try and make this short and articulate. About 3 weeks ago I had my check engine light come on. I ran to autozone and they said "O2 Sensor" from their scanning unit. Over the next week I ordered two brand new O2 sensors online (at half the cost of AZ I might add) and installed them. I took the car off its battery for about 1 hour to clear the code. Changed oil. Everything happy.
1/2 tank later the light comes on again as I'm in fifth at about 1500 RPM coasting down a circular on-ramp. The only thing I can think of is that I've had autozone brand fuel injector cleaner in the tank both times the light has come on. Have you guys had issues with certain brands triggering your light?
I also noticed that there is a catalytic converter built into this thing right off the manifold! How common is it for this part to go bad? The 02 sensors I pulled out looked honda original (135k on them!) but the burn colors on them looked about right (coffee and cream color for the precat sensor, a little lighter for the one after with some grey).
I think I'm going to have the code run again, clear the tank and start fresh with regular... I really hope I dont have to replace that cat.
What do you guys think?

If it was your cat you would notice a lot of other problems. Like fragments coming out your exhaust on the inability to go past 3500 rpm or something.
Always run a fresh tank of gas after fuel injector cleaner and then perform and oil change. It says this on recommends this on some cleaner bottles but the same should be said for all. Something seeps into the oil and causes it to degrade or something to that extent.
Recommendation: Find out what code(s) you are throwing.
