Kind of new to integras, just bought a 98 integra rs, it has the crappy brown interior and I was planning on converting it to black. I was wondering what type of material (cloth) is used on the jdm typre r seats. It looks like a type of suede, but I am not sure. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

the name of the material is Alcantara. FYI what you will pay to try and replicate ITR seats you could just buy a set.

 

I like the look of the material so I was just planning on buying some and re-upholstering the seats I have know. Maybe even add the red stitching but not sure, I really just like the look of it and it looks soft and comfortable. I doubt the material would cost that much, I am going to go start shopping around. Thanks for your help.
