Recommended tire pressure for a 16x7 wheel on 205-40-16 tires?

Default Recommended tire pressure for a 16x7 wheel on 205-40-16 tires?

What's a good tire pressure for me in this situation?i dont want super traction,i just want comfort..some people say go with oem specs which is around 33psi all around,right now i'm running 34psi in the front and 38psi in the back..is this ok?or what should i change it to?

i used to work at firestone and we used to recommend that any low profile performance tire be set to 40psi but depending on what you use your car for then you might want to experiment with different air pressures because with the 40 psi car rides kind of harsh you feel every little bump on the road but it also corners great too so it depends what your comfortable with

Start with what your owners manual says (which is also what's on the door jamb, as the good doctor noted).
