i feel like an idiot askin this...i have a 94 integra...i just got new headlights...having trouble aiming/adjusting them...i stuck a screwdriver in and spun the wheel thingy and the headlights did not move at all...please some help me out...its pissin me off...lol

 

Did you turn the wheel and watch the bubble in the level or did you just look at the beam?

 

i looked at both...it just wusnt moving at all...
