Default plz help misfire tuneup misfire

i didnt know where else to go but honda tech but this question is not for my honda it is for my 96 chev lumina 3.1 fuel injected automatic. it started knockin the other day, the cel blinked, so i read the code. cylinder 3 misfire. so i changed spark plugs and wires, reset the computer, and drove it down the road, after the engine got up to temp, and i came to a stop light, it started the knockin again, and the cel light blinked again, after i get past about 30mph it runs smooth and the cel stays on but doesnt blink, but under 30 mph, its real rough again and cel blinks, read code again cylinder 3 misfire............i dont know whats wrong. i was thinking maybe the throttle positioning sensor, or maybe the coilpack, but not realy sure what to try, any help? tia

yah, the injectors are good, but today, i noticed the coolant reservoir empty, so i filled it, drove it down the road, and it would not accelerate, drove it back home and it was about to overheat, checked coolant, empty again, opened the oil cap, steam came rolling out..........either cracked head, head gasket, or intake gasket, water in the engine.........so im gonna tear it down and see, hopefully its just the intake gasket, cause the head bolts arent reusable......just wondering, if it is the head or gasket, and i fix it, would it be ok to run since there is water in the engine, i know ill have to change the oil, but i dunno bout the rest of the engine thanks
