Default SCAMMER ALERT: gtowni3

Alright guys, this guy name is Bharat. I first did the transaction on 02/21/06. It's been over a month and a half. I have waited too long for this too go on. The last time I've talked to him was two weeks ago. He repeatedly told me he has shipped the carbon fiber hood I purchased from him. This is the original post for the thread:

http://www.hondamarketplace.co...22388

He's probably driving around with my hood that I spent $290.00 bucks for. I worked hard for this money and he thinks its a joke. Maybe by putting this on he gets the hint he needs to do something or refund my money. Here should be a picture of his car:

The only reason I bought from him because he has reliable vouches and dealt with transactions in the past. He's been a honda-tech member for several years now I just dont get it. He wont return my calls, pm's, and email. He's on AIM all the time and yet to respond me with my shipping information. His cell is (845) 721-9385. Bharat has alot of friends on this site but I have to come out to tell my story so maybe he'll do something about it. I will continue to harass him until I get my carbon fiber hood or my money back.

(8:04 PM 4/26/2006) gtowni3: YOU REALLY ******* THINK I SCAMMED YOU, I NEVER SCAMMED ANYONE, YOUR HOOD WAS LOST IN THE MAIL , DONT EVERRRRRR CALL ME BASTARD , EVER.

this guy got the nerves to say it got lost in the mail..yet he never gave me a tracking number or confirmation number to track the shipment down....maybe because the hood never got shipped in the first place.

umm... if it got lost in the mail, why is that the buyer's problem? Even if the buyer was generous enough to file all the paperwork himself, it makes it impossible without a tracking number.

I call.... SCAMMER! Hang him by his bharats!
