Default Does the SI have a waiting list?

I'm thinking of purchasing this car soon, and I was just wondering if there's a waiting list for it at the moment, and how long would a wait be. Thanks

depends on your area

some dealers dont take lists BUT mark them up when they arrive

some have lists but sell at sticker

its pretty much hit or miss

I walked in and bought mine... I knew it was coming though. They don't do wait list you just have to be there at the right time.

If you find a dealership in Idaho they might trade a car for the Si at your dealership. One that they have a higher demand for.

06 white Si
ordered Dec 01, 2005
delivered Jan 28, 2006
I don't think there's a "waiting list" per se, you just need to contact your local dealer and put down a deposit. Situations differ depending on location. Also, now that they've been out for a few months, they should become easier to acquire and even more-so as time passes. Good luck, and I think the Si is a good choice.

The purchaser is on Honda-tech and will post all the details and their experiences with me and my dealership

Yea, we went too like 4-5 lots and noone had them to test drive so we had to order it because theres a waiting list. He had to put a $500 deposit, and in 3-5 months it would come in and he would have to pick it up. So you have to buy it before you even get to look at it or drive it if you want one now. Thats for our area anyway.

I just order mine on Fiji Blue and the salesman told me it was gonna be at least a week until I could pick it up. My girl's EX took 2 weeks to arrive.

Saw a nice burnt orange/reddish whatever color for my GF...was a hair over $21k if I remember right. Decent car, but she wasnt that big of a fan. It was just sitting on the lot, just came in. Had like 12 miles.

I liked it a LOT better than the RSX, actually.

Just ordered mine a few hours ago at Scott Honda in West Chester. I got it in Habanero Red Pearl and he said it should be in around July. I guess its worth the wait.
