R-Bar is in!
Hey guys, got my Type-R rear swaybar in yesterday. Like most of you already know it's a damn good improvement over the stock one. The car likes to rotate more and doesn't roll as much as it used to (check my page below to see how much it used to suck, under "racing events"). Highway onramps are my best friend now, and I can't wait to get to another autocross
Here's a pic, looks pretty much just like every other one you've seen
I'll update my site soon with some info about the install, all the snags and whatnot, and a few more pics. Thanks to BSQ for the instructions!

Looks real good. Just like mine. The only part that was a pain was hammering out those spot welds.
Anyway, after a week or so, just get under there again and tighten the bolts again. Mine were a little loose. Now after a few months, they're fine.
Handling is greatly improved. Oversteer is much better than understeer.

Looks good. MAn I need to get myself one when I have the money.
Oh and I checked out your site and noticed your oil leak from your cam seal. And by the way it is really easy to replace. I replaced mine with an STR cam seal and while I had the valve cover off I replaced the gasket and the vtec solenoid gasket. You might want to think about doing this too. doesn't hurt

I went to change the cam seal the day before and it looked like I'd have to take the whole freakin' cam out! Helms says to loosen all the valves before you do it so there's no pressure on the cam, and then take off the cam cover which would basically leave the cam loose, right? I don't want to snap the cam or anything...how did you do it?

Probably, but it's like $200 more
I got mine from A&H motorsports, the bar is about $60 and all the mounting hardware brings it to around $90. BSQ's kit is another $20 but I made mine myself with some big-*** door hinges.
Thanks for all the compliments!
