alright.. i have a 91 Honda Civic hatch STD... whenever i stop and begin to go again... the engine seems to bog down badly... it only happens from 30mph and down.... 30 and up it doesn't do it... also when i get on the gas hard from a stop, the engine won't stutter.. it only seems to stutter when accelerating normally... i've changed the fuel filter and it still does it... im leaning towards an ignition problem but not sure... thanks!!!

Ignition or timing maybe? Check the cap and rotor and then the timing.
