Default tein s-tech springs

ive just been offered a un-used set of s-tech springs for $110 and was just wondering if i could use them with my oem shocks, my shocks are less than a year old which is why i dont want to replace them unless i have to. i know you can use the eibach pro kit springs w/o replacing the shocks i just need to know if that the same for the tein springs

s-tech are softer than prokit for most of the applicaiton.

just use them on your stock shock, you'll be fine.

becareful not to buy FAKE tein spring there's alot of FAKE tein s-tech that being offered on ebay for very cheap.

go to tein's site for more info

hey you have to be careful with S techs the drop is more. adn stock shocks will crap out faster. Also one Pot hole might blow the shocks. You should get H techs the drop isnt as much and u might have a better chance off saving your shocks and some money unless you want to spend more money for shocks later on

if ur gona use em with ur stock shocks/struts, u should expect to be buying some new shocks/struts in the future.

just double check...
http://www.tein.com/counterfeit/warning.html

and you could ride them on stock struts but the ride might not be all that comfortable and they could blow any time.

Before s-techs and agx's:

after:

on the first after pic, its not as high as it looks on the front end. The car was at a weird angle and also the street was domed. But yea, the front end is still higher than the rear no matter what tho. maybe they just need more time to settle. its been about 2 months. i duno.

do you have a clearer picture to see how much of a gap you have..im thinking of saving for another couple of weeks and get some tein basic coil-overs for 750, better in the long run i believe but i still need to convince myself that its worth the extra $$

no sorry, those are all the pics I have for now. By this weekend i should have more/better pics tho. So, if you remind me, I'll post them up.

But believe me tho, if you save up for the basic coilover kit, you will not regret it, I sometimes wish I would have bought that, but I cant really complain since I spent less than 400 on my suspension(springs, shocks/struts and strut bar), and it was brand new.

your 60' and 1/4 will change more with tires, but with suspension, you will hardly notice a difference. If you times do change, it wont be anything uplifting or dramatical.

as far as the stock shocks go, I dont know to tell you the truth. It all depends on how you drive and where you drive and how much you drive. could be a month, could be a year, it varies.
