sup folks..
i wonder what type of engin is that on the accord type r

is it H22??

im prolly wrong but i heard somewhere that it was an h22a7 but i dont know

also its a euro r no type r in japan.also the closest thing would be the sir which had a f20

(no one said the car pictured was from japan...)

Europe had a type r. It came with the h22a7. 212hp/161tq

Japan had the Euro R, which came with the h22a. 217hp/163tq.

The SiR and SiR-T came with the f20b. 197hp/145tq.

The SiR wagon came with the h23a vtec. 197hp/163tq.

The type r motor is the same as the euro r motor, but with a different header.
