91 Accord EX Front Wheel Bearing?

91 Accord EX Front Wheel Bearing?
Front end makes low whirling noise when moving--sounds like the tire tread is rubbing against the inside of the wheel well, but it's not. It is worse when the steering wheel is turned slightly one way than the other. The faster you go, the louder it is--from barely noticeable while creeping to a roar at 60 MPH.
Diagnosis? Wheel Bearing?
Parts? Any special tools/techniques needed--I'd like to repair it myself.

One easy thing to check out. Look behind the rotor to see if maybe a rock or something is jammed in between the rotor and the shield.
