J's racing cf powerchamber vs jdmpassport cf powerchamber
Is there any difference between these two, expect for the price??

Right now, I have the stock itr chamber with a spoon air filter (euro 1999 DC2 itr). I'm in doubt what to do, keep this setup, or get one of these cf powerchambers. Mugen is too expensive right now...

I run the J's and I've seen the Password version in person. They look the same, aside from the super uber clear coat on the Password one, and I'm sure they are the same performance wise too. If I were to do it all over again I would've got the Password because it's cheaper.
i have the password one(abs version). it is a nice piece. nice carbn fiber and a k&n style washable filter. it is missing the nipple to attach the hose to the valve cover, i was told it was a design flaw. find out if it has it before you order it, if you do. it is a tight fit, but i don't know how the j's fits.

The real J's is made for non-abs cars. I believe with the newer version, of the Passwordjdm cf intake, they have instructions on how to do it yourself with supplies from like Lowe's or Home Depot. On a side note i also have the Passwordjdm intake, and it greatly improves throttle response.

no, they developed two versions. i have ABS and have a J's intake on my R. the carbon fiber weave is much smaller and tighter on the J's intake compared with the password.
basically, if you have a tight budget, get the password, and if you like big names and bling, get the J's. im sure they perform the same.

Terrible. They're made for mid-range power, they'll choke you at higher RPM.

Please quit spreading misinformation. If you don't know what your talking about, don't post it. FWIW, I have the "real" J's on my R and still have the ABS.
