Where can I buy a good JDM B16aG2 or a B18C?

Hey, I know there are many Honda experts and engine experts out there, unfornattely im not one of them. I just don't want to be ripped off on some engine. So i am asking if you guys can give me a piece of advice and direction to where i can get a nice+satisfactory engine from? I am leaning towards spending under 2500-2700. So if you guys can give me sum directions to go, i would appriciate it. thanx alot guys and gals.
