Default Newb Need's help.

I'm looking to get a cold air intake and i have this weird situation, my engine's a 2.2L 16v Vtec motor, the problem with this is, is there any special intake i need for this engine? o yea, i'm aslo looking for some exaust headers to give me a boost in horse power n a full exause system to give me not to ricey of a sound but i nice tone, but still add's horse power, also looking to get somthing to affect my computer, for better Fuel/O2 mixture and stuff and to run my car cooler and to add horsepower, my friend knows how to install this stuff but i need to know what kind of chip/cpu managment/exaust to get, his in to vw's but know's car's all around.

Edit: My car is a 94 2.2L Ex Honda accord Vtex.

Well as I suggested in another thread the best place to start is the Basic Guide to Accords, pinned at the top of this forum, it's incredibly informative on basically everything there is to mod on your car, intakes, suspension, wheels, exhaust everything, read that and you shuoldn't have much trouble going from there

the intakes are the same accross lx's and ex's. you could even get a prelude short ram intake.

if you have an EX model then your header should be as good as an aftermarket one, a good exhaust is the apexi world sport 2. and you dont need any different an intake than you wold for a non v-tec.
