Default Transmission Help!!

Hey, when the car is started it makes a noise but when i push in the clutch it goes away, and when im driving when its in a gear it makes a noise till i take it out of gear. I changed my last transmission because it went bad and wouldnt drive no more. I replaced the wheel bearing when i replaced the trans... i did a auto to manual conversion when i first got the car but i never changed the ECU... This is the second trans i changed on this car. Its easy to change but, Could the problem be because i didnt change the auto ECU or just bad trans? Does it sound like a wheel bearing could have gone bad? What trans oil is best to use? This is a turbo setup D16y7 for the motor and 92 Civic HB.

Thanks, for any help

sounds like it might be a input shaft bearing (ISB)

Its like a pitch noise or something hear it mostly in 1st 2nd and third gear. When i take it out of gear it goes away. When its out of gear its making a noise, but when i push in the clutch it goes away. Its doing almost same thing as my last trans but i just want to know could it be because i didnt change the auto ECU to a manual one when i did the conversion? What type of oil should i be using? I already changed the throw out bearing its like 12 bucks at autozone.. I dont mind changing the trans but just wondering what could be reason for it going bad?

Also anyone in illinois selling a D series trans for 92+honda

Hey i took apart my other trans that went bad to see how hard it was by reading one of these posts and it seems pretty easy. I just have one question if i dont change the input shaft bearing.. what will happen? does what i have written sound like it would be the input shaft bearing?
