Kpro and an intake, probably Injen

i personally wouldnt get an exhaust, b/c the stock one is very flowing and the extra attention is lame..

base model does not have PWP as a color choice, they got taffeta [ sp ] white or something

if you want to go performance mods, start with the basics - intake (cai)/exhaust/race headers/k-pro (its a must). thats the basics ..

and exterior mods would help also (if your stock looking) - get new tires ASAP (stock tires suck ***), if its at stock height (drop it like its hot), and a lip kit wouldnt hurt also, such as (02-04 aspec lip kit or 02-04 ITR lip kit), get new shoes also.

have fun with your dc5-s.

To be honest I would start small. Just an intake and header and exaust depending on what you want to do to your car down the road.

A good coilover setup is always a great start

blackout headlights/JDM really looks great imo (especially with HIDs)

To be honest i wouldn't get KPRO just yet although i do strongly recommend the product. If you are going to just do a few basic bolt-ons then kpro probably isn't for you. YES it will give you the most HP out of your car, but it is expensive and so it the tuning.

A great first step is decide if you want to focus on asthetics or performance first and if you want to track the car or be a DD / If you want to go NA or FI. These decisions will help guide you on what kind of mods you should get.

get full suspension kit.. not only will the DC5 handle better, it'll look 50% better lowered....

so thats two mods for the price of one.... can't beat that..

its all about the transmission

one thing i can tell you is to do it right the first time. Buy a good Stainless exhaust manifold and exhaust. (F ceramic man) If you have to have emissions get a shorty header and a hi flow cat. Get a CAI...dont get a SRI. Get K-pro...dont settle for the reflashes(especially with a race header)....Suspension...dont get coilovers unless you want maintenence.....corner balancing....keeping them clean....valve job a few years down the road....things like that....

and about the tranny. Your tranny is crap for any kind of track. get better gearing and an LSD...mated with a clutch and fly. its the ONLY way.

let me ask you this....what kind of track are you building this for....Road Racing? Auto-x? Drag? that needs to be answered

goals shouldnt be a mod list....it shoudl be results at the type fo track you want....fill me in on that

you also dont need to be doing a swapped bottom end till you learn about your car.....that just spells disaster
