Default Really Rough Idle, Ranges from 100-1000

My idle is real rough. It shakes my steering wheel kinda bad at times, and i can feel it idle thru my seats and the floorboard and what not. The idle drops down to 100 pretty often and shakes violently, then comes up to about 800-1000 and holds. If my lights are on, it hangs around 500 or so and shakes pretty damn bad. Sometimes without my lights on it hangs around 600, and still shakes pretty bad. Anyone know whats going on here? What does this sound like to you?

Its called hunting mate. Search for 'hunting' with the search tool. Its probably a loose/split vacum hose onto the TB/IM. Or maybe an airlock in the rad.
