Default accord 93

Hi all,
I have a 93 honda accord EX with 157,000 miles.
Car starts fine but as soon as it really warms up, it would not take gas anymore. I have to remove my foot off the gas pedal in order for the car to go.
Any idea what it could be?
thanks

yes. I won't take gas anymore. Sometimes, the whole exhaust system start shaking when it stop taking gas.
Do you think the catalytic converter is blocked?
Is so, how do I check it?
If I remove it, Is there a way to check it?
I know for fact, nothing is loosing inside of it?
thanks,

this is what you do:

1. pull the motor
2. run it over with a MACK truck
3. take a **** on it!

then spend cash to get a new or re-built motor, and start fresh, do things the right way!!

If you suspect a faulty cat. conv., loosen the nuts that attach your A-pipe at the cat conv. several turns so that you have a major exhaust leak. Then run the car and see if it has good power. If it does then you can remove the rest of the system and inspect the cat for blockage. The other simpler method is to connect a vacuum gauge the engine and see what the reading does as the engine starts to die.

*It sounds like your Ignition coil may be the problem!

Take it to Monro Muffler/Brake on 117th, (I think thats the one in Cleveland). Look up in the phone book, there should be a couple in your area.
