Ok, I purchased a bare B17a from dizzyroc88 (daniel) over a month ago. At first he was moving so there were problems shipping. 4 weeks later, he shipped but it was sent back for some reason. Now, I will admit, he has answered all of my phone calls, and my PM's (eventually). My last conversation with him was that he was out of town, but he had just got back and would ship on monday. I told him If he had problems shipping again, It was cool, he could just refund my money, no harm done. Well it's now saturday...

I just wanna know anyone can vouch for him. I think you have like 45 days to resolve through paypal, and it's getting close. It was only $130, but I've been waiting for this block to finish up my build-up. I'd like either my money back, or my block! Any word would be appreciated!

GUess he wasn't reputable... been over a week. Tried to file with paypal, but it's been too long. Guess I've officiallly been scammed! that sucks!!!! Well, there's 133 bucks down the hole...

You must report this before 30 days of payment with paypal in order for you to get a refund...if you've been scammed. If its been after 30 days its going to be very close to impossible for you to get the money back. Paypal will freeze his account while they get the issue resolved.

Call your credit card company and report it ASAP. If anyone can get your money back, it will be them.

*Paypal usually only refunds if there is no tracking number or the payment was taken back through credit card. Just claim it as you never received it.

BTW I've talked to DizzyRoc a few times... I'll get in contact with him and let him know he is a scammer.

Hey, soon2be.. You can check with your local government, as well. I ran into a similar situation, but at ALOT more money, I lost like 10x what you lost.. I filed a report with the county Attorney general. The infraction is "Obtaining monies under false pretences".
Some states will cross state lines, or work with the party's state to file charges. In my case, Virginia sucks, and wouldnt go to NJ, but did place a warrant against him, so if he ever gets pulled over in Virginia.. tada! Your state(s) may be different ( read: better!)

Had we mailed the money, then it becomes a federal offense (using postal service) and instant pick-dude-up..

At any rate, good luck with it and hope he clears his name.. just don't hold your breath.. You can always resort to paying visits.. you know, 'social call' and all.

 

Lol, yea actually my ex-boss moved to MIAMI about a year ago, and a bunch of my friends were plannin on goin down there in september for my homies 21st b-day to celebrate. So if anything, I can use my vacation days, and file wit johnny law down there. I always have a place to stay. I can beat his *** all I want though, and that aint gon get my money back... besides I got a lil girl to take care of, can't be gettin any more fines (besides all the speedin tickets) lol.
