New Problem With B16 Swap

I Fixed The Rough Idling Problem But Now The Cooling Fan Won't Come On. I Removed The Air Conditioner And Condenser Fan And Since That, The Cooling Fan Won't Run. Any Advice Would Be Greatly Appreciated

Any Ideas at all? the thermo switch is good, but fan doesn't come on. ran wire straight to battery and fan works.
