What ecu
hey i heard u can get some bang for ur buck with a new ecu chip. is it true and if it is what would be good for a 96 civic d16y8. i checked the search didnt find anything
also car seems to stuter at 2 and a half to three thousand rpms feels like it kicks a tad or sputters. I think it might be the plugs. should i upgrade to higher peformance ones?

It depends on your set up. Stock engine, not really. Tuning is the only way to go. You'd need to convert to obd1 and run a chipped p28, about 200 bucks invested right there. Wait until you make some serious mods if you haven't already.
yah i havent really done much. other then some rims and a system for it. My exhaust manifold has a leak and muffler is startin to buzz. So prob lookin to start with exhaust system first. I've also heard that it is smarter to do exhaust first because if u go intake first that your engine can run lean or rich idk help me out
