Spoons only lower about 3/4" right? I would like at least 1 to 1 and a half inch lower. The ITR suspension is just so good though

I've got the H&R sports and I think they handle just as good as the stock springs and they give it a good look. It's gonna be handling better as soon as my koni yellows get here.

How come every speaks about looks and nobody speaks about performance? What's the goal of lowering?
) and they felt nice on the street. I didn't drive the **** out of it of course, but for what I did with the car, they felt good "performance" wise.
i was running neuspeed race on stock shocks, stiff as hell on the turns and over bumps
but i went back to stock for convience's sake, la parking sux, they also killed the wheel gap perfectly and my stock shocks were still fine after 10K miles. Make sure you get some camber kits and a good alignment though

oh yeah thought i might add that i have those neuspeed race springs sitting at my parent's house, if you're interested let me know they r type-r specific and yellow to boot

I put a set of eibach sportlines on and I am not to happy with them so far. I don't know that it is the springs though. I put a progress camber corretion kit on it and I think that is the problem. It came with hangers in the front that have two positions for a .5 and 1.5 degrees of correction. The hangers don't have the brace that runs from one to the other on the progess kit. I think that is my problem. I have a set of skunk2 correction arms coming and some Koni yellows. I hope that I notice a big difference when I put them on.
I have the pro kit and if I were you I would get the H&R's
they offer a much better ride than teh eibach's
good luck

I'm running on Neuspeed Race springs with a Progress camber kit. Handling is not as good as most other set-ups, but it gets the looks down. My friends call it the best looking drop on an Integra.
