I would suggest reading the "Guide to Basic Accords" as it's helping me greatly in making my decisions

I'll help you. You probably don't want my kind of help though. MAINTNANCE. Find out what has been done, and what hasn't. If you don't know what's been done, you have to check everything. Get a service manual. Happy Hondaing

Haha... I love this.
The very first reply was to check out the Guide to Basic Accords, which has all the info you need. You ignored it. Hence, the ******* remarks by me. BLKFLSH simply gave you the link for exactly the same thing.
All the information you needed was already there, just a few seconds away via a couple mouse clicks. We can't tell you what to get, because it's all personal preference. Hell, I wouldn't want to type it all out because there's just too much info to repeat.
But instead of clicking and reading, you wanted us to hand feed you everything and tell you what to buy. It's your car... YOU decide. Put a little effort into it.
It wasn't that you're trying to mod your car and save as much money as possible while doing it. Everyone here is fine with that. It's that you wanted to be lazy about it...

Fill your VTEC valve with the synthetic (not the regular one) VTEC fluid. You can buy the VTEC fluid at your local dealership. Just ask the guy behind the counter. Hopes this help, since nobody else is willing to help you.
