Default agx installation questions

my friends and I were working on the suspension today, we couldnt get one of the nut out.( the nuts from top mount), what do i have to do to remove it? we tried drilling, heating it up, and everything we could do. we still cant get rip of it!! btw, we dont have any air tools. so right now the nut is pretty fuked up.

one more questions. we installed front driver side, and i i notice that the shock travel is pretty short with the bumpstop. is it normal

If you're reusing the shock, cover the shaft (the part that's behind the coil) with something to protect it, and grab onto it with vice grips. Then use a rachet, and possibly a hammer to get the nut off.

If you're junking the shocks, just grab right onto the shaft; or take a sawzall to it.
