the bearings in there serve the purpose of the sleeves/o-rings in the B&M shifter...

for your shifter all you do is un-bolt the stock shifter, and re-install the new short shifter. using the same bolt and nuts to tighten it back down.

this same bolt you loosen'd, reuse on your new shifter.

pretty straight forward

did you get the ES shifter bushings too? that'll really help with the "crisp-ness" of the shift and make it nice and tight

if not, i'd recommend them also.

sorry ES = Energy Suspension

if you look back at the B&M thread, if you notice the red bushings that are on the ends of the shift linkages...those are the bushings im talking about. they really firm up the feel of the shifts and take away alot of the slop.

heres a shot of them:

and

you might as well install those while your down there... unless you like to do it twice like me

PS don't be frightened, changing out your shifter is pretty easy and straight forward, just follow that "how-to" for removal and install and you'll be set

yep either place will work, whichever is cheaper i guess or will get it to you the fastest, seeing that your in Spain.

just make sure you get the right bushings for your engine. I believe B-series (DOHC) motors use a different size bushing than D-series (SOHC) engines.

or else the "circular" bushing will not fit...

If you got a b16a in 92-95 models i would assume you get the 93-97 del sol DOHC bushings for you're shift linkage.

Yep when you go to auto parts stores to buy most common parts for you're b16 sirII, you are gonna tell them 93-97, somewhere in that range honda del sol VTEC, basically if they ask the DOHC 1.6 liter of course. DOHC means dual over head cam, but yeah if you order them from their they should be that model in particular.

Virtually almot anything can be swapped from the del sol and four door eg models and coupe and hatchbacks. Not everything but half the stuff anyways, since all the front half of the cars are the same...
