I've just been curios lately about the stock Dark Green EF hatch since i've only seen two drive by me in person. I'm not sure if they came from Canada, or the color just seems to be very limited??? I've seen a few, but really haven't came across many pictures of them on H-T. I'm not even sure what years it was produced and what model. I'm going to assume 90-91 DX models? I think the color is Emerald Green or Ivy green metallic??..


Anyone have any info on this, or pictures.. i'm curious...

Agreed... I saw one at school yesterday and was thinking that it's a gorgeous colour... I know what you mean though, I don't see many around. However... this isn't going to help you with information, so anybody else?

No broseph it's not Tahitian Green Pearl. Everyone and their mama has those .... I think Optimus is talking about Geneva Green Pearl. I just looked on paintcratch.com for a 91 civic and found that. It's the only other green made in 1991. I agree it's gorgeous and rare. I remember one in Honda Tuning waaaaaaaaay back in the day. Good ****

 

British Racing Green with a pearl or metal flake looks tasty...

Check out the new Mazda Mx5 Nordic Green, I love that color. I also seen a Volvo wagon with a sexy green on it. Don't remember what model though. I seem to recall it being some sort of Moss Green. I know it's a stock Volvo color though.

this color must be super the rare. I mean i could just pull out an old honda-tuning and look at it, but i'm curios to if anyone has one, or has pics, or knows the correct color name for that matter. I guess the color is Geneva Green. I found this after a google search.

ITs definitely a dark green, i'm almost posative its Geneva Green Pearl.

I'm convinced i've never see one on honda-tech, and i'm kinda hell bent now on finding one. For what reason? i'm not sure..

Maybe i'll scan some pics in of the Honda-tuning one.

i love celestal blue when i first got my car i actualy diditn like it but it grew on me like crazy cant wait to get it re-painted

Ok i'm just gonna keep bumping this. I'm convinced that this STOCK color has never showed up on Honda-Tech before.

I still can't believe nobody has it. I'm going to hunt the guy down now that i see passing me in my town, and demand his Geneva Green sick stock Orig paint be handed over to me, but kindly for a price

I believe the OP is refering to a British Racing Green hatch back in an old edition of Honda-Tuning. One of the first Honda Tuning mags I believe. I remember falling in love with EF's after seeing that thing.

 

i got some info on the color... 1991 - 1993 preludes had the G-62P geneva green pearl .. and 1991 - 1994 legends had the G-62P geneva green pearl color .. i deno im kind of baffled but i got some pics for you LOL here tell me if one ofthese is the color.

 

mine is teh Dark Forest Green (supposedly the japanese version)
and its almost black but if you look again its nice and green.





I know they aint the BEST pic, or the best paintjob. but is that the color maybe? because I have a gallon left of it, and could get a paintcode prolly.

wow yes thats it!!! its ana amazing color!. I would love to see the car newly painted, polished and shined that color!.. Its an si right?... i'm gonna say of course because of the seats and the roof. I was started to doubt the existance for a minute there, or if it was even offered in Si. i want one!!!!

aXhatch.. have you had the car long, because it seems it's gotten some paint again after its origional conception, looking at the side moldings?..

Its amazing how dark the color is, becaue in the second pic you have to look at the front fender to realize its Geneva Green. You also have a black bumper ' so it throws it off lol
Thats definitely the first one i've seen on H-T, and if i even think about hunting one down in Si trim, its going to be hard &gt;_O How does the paint look on the door sill when you open the door on the frame? Take a pic if you have time ^_^ right by where it shows the paint color.

I think this color is going on my next project in and out. Either that or hunt an Si down in Geneva
