Default bad wheelhop. now shifter rattle. possible damage?

so last wednesday i went to sacramento raceway with my friend.
my car was fine for the first 4 or 5 passes, but later on that night when i started my car for the next run, i noticed that my shifter was rattling alot but thought nothing of it and made another pass.
my car shifts fine thoughtout all gears with no difference from before or after the night at the track. i was launching anywhere from 3-4K and did have alot of wheelhop when launching higher.
everything seems fine except for the rattle that lasts from idle to redline, load or no load. could the violent wheelhop have damaged anything in my transmission? a cracked bearing maybe?

check the radius arms and bushings, those are o9ne of the components most affected by violent wheelhop

check the motor mounts too... one of the rubber bits could be tore, or worse, the metal.
