hi guys im new to hondas...i just got a 91 civic hatchy DX...now im in the process of looking for an intake and exhaust but im on a budget i was wondering what can i do with the motor should i keep it and hook it up...or should i swap it out...if i were to swap i was looking at a SOHC vtec..what do u guys think?

 

You should swap in a 400 ci supercharged V8. Seriously though its up to you what you do with your car. If you have any questions about things you are doing, well by all means post here (assuming it isn't already in a post).

 

You could convert to MPFI and then run a VTEC head on your block. It is called a Mini-me swap and there is a ton of into on it here just search. Also look in the FAQ at the top of the forum as there is good info there too.

That is a sick swap right there. I think all you really have to do is buy the drag slicks for the rear and V8 just drops right into the stock mounts. :D
